Excellent overall experience. I was in a tough spot as my vehicle broke down away from home. A friend recommended Olson Tire, and they took excellent care of me. Even after the first repair was unsuccessful, Mr. Olson continued to press for a solution that ultimately cost me less than the original estimate, and agreed to fix the vehicle correctly. It took an extra day, but I was glad to have them not give up and untimately successfully repair my vehicle.

I have used Olson Tire for years for oil changes/tire rotations. I bought my last set of tires from them and they take great care of their customers, giving lifetime tire rotation and maintenance. They are always unfailingly polite and professional and take the time to explain anything they recommend.

Olson Tire did a great job!!! It’s really nice, they came and picked up my car from where I work, performed the oil change and delivered the vehicle back. I was able to make the payment right online. Awesome customer service!

I've had my car detailed at other places and Olson was by far the best place ever. They paid attention to every crack and crevice inside and outside my car, which was in pretty rough shape when I brought it in. My family was impressed and wants to make appointments now for their vehicles, too! Thank you for doing a great job! I'll be back.

What a great experience! I wish I bought my tires here, instead of just having them installed. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable . I bought my tires online because other area tire companies said they did not carry my size. I did not call Olson because they were farther from home than I wanted to drive. They are worth the drive. I was informed they carry my size in several brands! Live and learn. I will recommend Olson to all my family and friends.

I have used Olson's in prior years, since I purchased a new vehicle I went to the dealership where I purchased the vehicle. After a misquote on what needed to be performed on a vehicle that didn't seem right to me I went to Olson's they diagnosed the problem correctly and fixed the problem. Glad to be back at Olson's .

Staff is alway very knowledgeable and very reasonable. They don’t give the runaround just a honest shop. Have been customer for years and plan on continuing to be one.

I experienced most excellent customer service when stranded in Wausau due to car issues. They went out of their way to make a very dark cloud have a silver lining. Great service and reasonable prices. I had my car in for diagnostics and an oil change late on a Saturday. About 10 minutes before closing, they identified the problem then stayed 30 minutes late to get a new part installed. Most shops would have simply told me to come back on Monday to finish things up. Very happy with Olson Service.

Had my car detailed here a couple of days ago. It was picked up from my home and returned at no extra charge. I've had my vehicles detailed in quite a few places in town over the years but have to say a very excellent job was done at a reasonable price. The pickup & return was extremely helpful in this pandemic. I definitely will use these guys again.

Olson has become our go to shop for non-warranty service and repairs. They are the most considerate and honest shops. What I appreciate most is that when my daughters or wife need to interact with them, the Olson staff treat them like professionals who are also knowledgeable about their vehicles. Even when we ask for service that is not currently needed (yet), they will alert us that we needn't worry at this time. When my oldest son brought in a vehicle that was beyond its usable life, they were honest and shared that the cost of the repairs exceeded the value of the vehicle. Who does that? Right?

I've gone to Olson for years because Aaron and the whole team are just great to work with. They communicate well, they deliver on time, and they do quality work for a fair price.

I was amazed by the exceptional service I received. It was a snowy winter day, I got a flat tire 25 miles from anywhere and had no real mechanical abilities. Olson tire fit me in that day, gave great advice, helped with necessary financing, and even stayed open longer for me so I could get back there and pick it up after work.
